Action Line

The City of Rolling Fork has established a 9:00AM - 5:00PM action line. Residents can call the “Center” to report problems, share concerns, or simply request information. Never before have the citizens of Rolling Fork had such direct access to their local government. All calls are logged and tracked electronically, and each call is automatically forwarded to the appropriate department for action. Action Line staff monitors the system for requests that are not completed in a timely manner and follows up to determine the status of those items. This system helps the City provide more efficient services while ensuring that problems do not fall through the cracks.
