Stolen Property

Property that has been lost or recovered in connection with a case may be viewed and, when authorized, released through the Property and Evidence Section of the Rolling Fork Police Department. To view or retrieve property, you should be prepared to present a valid photo ID (such as a driver’s license, military ID, or passport), proof of ownership, and the case number associated with the property.

Proof of ownership may include a serial number, title, registration, deed, warranty information, receipt, photographs, or other documentation sufficient to verify ownership.

Viewing and release hours are typically Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. To confirm availability, obtain requirements for a specific item, or schedule an appointment to view or retrieve property, please contact the Rolling Fork Police Department during normal business hours. For emergencies, always dial 911.
